Our story

Ntouju started from a simple observation.

Service businesses are run by incredibly talented, driven founders. Most of them are finding it very hard to scale.

Why we built this

It's difficult to market and retain at the same time. So we made Ntouju so you don't have to.

Getting a client is a lot of work. You market aggresively on social-media, try to get referrals, introductions, and when someone books, you make sure they get exactly what they paid for. Then you go back to growth, because that's what keeps revenue coming.

The problem is that retention needs the same attention. When you're focused on bringing new people in, the clients you already have don't hear from you. No follow-up. No reason to rebook. They didn't have a bad experience. They just forgot you existed while you were busy getting someone new.

It costs five times more to acquire a new client than to keep one you already have. But most founders discover that the hard way, looking up one day to realize the people they worked hard to bring in have gone to someone else.

Ntouju handles the retention side automatically. You get follow-up reminders. Your pipeline stays visible. Ntouju tracks who hasn't heard from you and makes sure they do. So you can stay focused on growth.

"Ntouju" in Igbo means flourishing, growth, abundance. That's the version of the business we're building toward, where growth doesn't depend on the founder holding everything together.

Our values
Nothing falls through

Every feature we build traces back to this. A client who enquired last Tuesday should hear from you. A staff member going on leave should have her clients covered. A complaint should be resolved before it becomes social media content.

Built for people, not platforms

We build for the ambitious business owner who is amazing at their craft and doesn't want to become a software expert. Ntouju should feel like a very capable team member, not a system to manage.

Honest about what we are

We're building in public. We tell clients what's live, what's coming, and what we're still figuring out. Trust is earned in the details.

The business, not the owner

Our goal is to build tools that make the business run without the owner being the bottleneck. Every feature is evaluated against one question: does this free the founder, or create more work for them?
