Account data: When you register for Ntouju, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and industry.

Client data you add: You control what client data you add to your Ntouju platform. This data belongs to you, not to us. We store it securely and use it only to operate the platform on your behalf.

Usage data: We collect information about how you use the platform, features used, actions taken, session duration, to improve the product.

Enquiry form data: If you submit an enquiry or contact form on our website, we collect the information you provide.

How we use your information

To provide and operate the Ntouju platform for your business.

To send you product updates, platform notifications, and support communications.

To improve the platform based on usage patterns.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your client data

Client data you add to Ntouju is yours. You can export it at any time from any plan. When you cancel, your data remains available for export for 30 days before deletion.

We do not access your client data except to operate and support the platform, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond that.

We process your client data on your behalf, as a data processor. You are the data controller and remain responsible for how you collect and use your clients' personal information.

Data security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. Our infrastructure is hosted on servers with SOC 2-compliant security controls.

No security system is perfect. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain it for 90 days to allow for reactivation, then delete it.

Enquiry and contact form submissions are retained for 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your platform data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ntouju.com.
