Every action taken in the platform, client record updated, email sent, task marked complete, complaint closed, follow-up logged, is recorded against the staff member who did it, with a timestamp.
The activity log runs automatically in the background, nothing to set up
Every action (email sent, note added, task completed, complaint resolved) is logged with agent name and timestamp
You can filter the log by staff member, date range, or action type
Individual staff profiles show their complete activity history
When you need it, for a dispute, a performance review, or just to understand what happened, the full picture is there
When a client says "nobody called me back," you can check. When a staff member says "I sent that email," you can verify. When you're reviewing performance, you have data, not impressions.
