Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using the Ntouju platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Ntouju on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

These terms apply to all users of the Ntouju platform, including the marketing website at ntouju.com.

The service

Ntouju provides a business management platform including CRM, staff management, and training tools (collectively, "the platform") to service businesses.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform with reasonable notice. We will not make changes that materially reduce functionality without giving you the option to cancel.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Use a strong password and do not share credentials.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Business accounts are for business use.

Acceptable use

You may use Ntouju to manage your legitimate business relationships and communications. You may not use the platform to send unsolicited communications, engage in fraud, or violate any applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you add to the platform, including client data and training materials. Do not add content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

Payment

Ntouju is billed monthly. A one-time setup fee applies to all new accounts.

Beta rates are locked in for the life of your subscription, as stated at signup. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price changes.

If payment fails, we will notify you and allow a 7-day grace period before suspending access.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. You will retain access until the end of the notice period.

We may terminate your account if you breach these terms. We will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach where possible.

On cancellation or termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, your data will be deleted.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. We will never sell or share your client data.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.

Limitation of liability

Ntouju is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in your plan.

Our liability to you in any given month is limited to the fees you paid that month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
