What it is

Client Timeline

The Client Timeline is a chronological record of every touchpoint between your business and a client, from the moment they first make contact to their most recent interaction. It lives on their profile and updates automatically.

How it works

A client submits an enquiry through your portal → their profile is created, first timeline entry logged: "Enquiry submitted, [date, time, source]"

An agent sends them an email from within Ntouju → logged: "Email sent by [agent name], [subject line]"

The client replies → logged: "Reply received, [preview]", threaded to the original email

A follow-up reminder is set and completed → logged: "Follow-up call logged by [agent], [note]"

A booking or purchase is made → logged: "Deal closed, ₦[amount]"

What it means for you

Your staff never have to ask a client 'so what did we discuss last time?' The answer is right there, on the screen, before they pick up the phone. New staff inherit the full relationship history instantly.
