Leave management in Ntouju People handles the full lifecycle of a leave request, submission, approval, calendar update, and then does something no standalone HR tool does: it cross-checks open CRM follow-ups assigned to that staff member and flags anything that needs coverage before they go.
Staff member submits a leave request: dates, type (annual, sick, emergency), reason
You review and approve or decline, with a note if needed
If approved, their calendar is updated and they're marked unavailable for auto-assignment during that period
Ntouju checks their open CRM follow-ups and reminders, anything due during their leave is flagged for reassignment
You review the flagged items and reassign, one by one or in bulk
A staff member can take leave without you spending two hours going through their client list manually. The platform does the audit. You just confirm the reassignments.
